Suddenly NOT Streaming..Hmmmmm

I WAS enjoying streaming audio via Hijack when suddnely (no known software changes) I get streaming garbage (see attachment). I go to explorer, type in address of empeg and click on a song and this is what I get...wierd that it should change...any ideas?
