Shipping notification

Hello All

I received notice that my order was to be processed last Friday. How long afterward are we usually expected to wait before any confirmation of shipment (if any) is to arrive? I know that there is no more queue so I am wondering what is the expected delay? My player is being shipped within Europe so it doesn't have far to travel.....Thanks - J

There's no delay with orders currently, however confirmation emails may not be getting sent out right now. We're transfering sales activities to Rio in the US and the UK confirmations system may have quit a little prematurely!

Not at all, call customer services or email [email protected] (or [email protected]) and ask for your tracking number.

ha ha I was just kidding you know....I did actually email them today and they are going to send the tracking number to me tonight hopefully. Thanks for your advice though :)
