So just what is it reporting? Links found on the site, followed by links found on those sites?

I have a web site that dates back to '97 and tried it. It seems to have caught about 1/3 the actual links to my site and many to which I have no relationship, with lines drawn directly to me. I looked for an explanation of what's being graphed and didn't find anything that explains what it ends up showing...

It seems to only display the first page of links that is finds.
