Stop me if I am wrong but it seems to me he is trying to sell about 20 bucks worth of parts in a plastic box for 490 bucks profit ?

Upon further inspection of his website, he appears to be some sort of illiterate idiot. I doubt he's ever sold one.

You'd be surprised how much just the box costs- certainly higher than $20.
Looks like a nice 'working' model- I'll give the guy some creative credit.
