All the best to all of you. You know who you are!

It's been a total pleasure knowing you all (and meeting many of you).

Long live the (various) spirit(s) here!

Now, back to that Jacob's Creek bubbly, and the second hockey broadcast of the evening!

Cheers!!

My best to everyone as well. Anyone have any goals for 2006 they'd like to share? Here are mine:

1. Move to somewhere beautiful, ideally California.
2. Get to at least $20k/month of consistent poker income by the end of the year.
3. Get in shape (yet again). I'm a fat bastard these days. Need to make health and fitness a priority in my life and actually stay in shape this time.
4. New(er) car by the end of the year. I just clicked over 200k miles on the old beast and its getting pretty ragged.
5. Motorcycle trip somewhere.
6. Finally attend an empeg meet.
7. See Willie Nelson in concert before he kicks the bucket. I missed the Man in Black.
8. Go through a whole vision/values/goals process with my GF in writing to give ourselves a bit more direction and clearer priorities.
9. Completely debt-free again by the end of the year.
10. Finish the problems in Structure and Interpretation of Computer Programs or at least keep chipping away at it.
11. Finish retagging the mp3 collection.

Hope everyone has a safe and prosperous 2006!

Jim

Yes, definitely. A happy 2006 to everyone. It's been a hell of a 2005, and it's shaping up to be an amazing 2006. I'm sitting here on a friend's couch, in my new adopted home town, the groggy morning after a fantastic NYE party where I met many wonderful new people amid large amounts of drinking, debauchery, and hot tubbing. I am surrounded by the tapping of laptops. Life is good. Bring on 2006.

Hot tubs and laptops? Didn't think they mixed very well

Happy New Year everyone!

Definitely! Leave enough time for your visit here for us to go to Bon-Echo on a weekend -- climbing, swimming, blueberries, and sauna!

Cheers

Little time to write, but always enough to read and keep up with the empeg things, and, mostly, with you all! Happy 2006!
