My Karma and my PC have fallen out - 04/10/2004 16:19
They just don't want to talk to each other. I stick the Karma into the dock and nothing happens. It boots (annoyingly!) but the PC doesn't see it connected, and if I start Music Manager, that doesn't see it either.
It's connected to the PC via USB2.0
Any thoughts?

Never mind. RMM had an upgrade available, and after installing it they are happy once more.

Anything change that might have made the USB port stop working? Do you have any other USB devices to verify this?
What happens if you connect the USB cable directly to the Karma instead of using the dock?
Look in the Device Manager and see if there are any Little Yellow Boo Boo Icons (tm).
