Rio Nitrus Joystick fell off

So, the other day, I pulled out my Nitrus to change songs and put it back in my pocket, and somehow the red joystick fell off of it. I looked all over the ground for it but its definitely gone. I emailed the UK Rio tech support and they said they don't have replacement parts for that, which seems a bit odd to me. Does anyone have any ideas? Can someone who works there just grab one and mail it to me and I'll pay for their time/shipping costs? I'm currently in Prague but I bought my Nitrus in the U.S. and can have stuff mailed to the U.S. too if that helps. I've had a 20 gig + 60 gig empeg for years and I love it, but my Nitrus is a little harder to use without that joystick.

That's bizarre - the joystick has a skirt which is larger than the hole the nipple protrudes through, so there's no way it could fall out. It must be *in* the player, but it's hard to imagine where exactly. Can you take a photo?
