Serial and USB support for JEmplode on Linux

I just figured out how to get Serial and USB to work on Linux:

I'm working on Mac OS X -- I suspect they are very similar instructions, but I'll let you know soon.

Incidentally, you'll want to select "Serial Port" on the Connection Options menu of JEmplode -- Even though it is USB, it appears to JEmplode as a serial port (it's actually Serial over USB). I'll clean that up in an upcoming release.
