The phones were covered all day until about 8pm (usually 11:30pm but our night guy had to work most of the day to cover absent staff). If the phone is busy, you get voicemail, and it's worth leaving a message.

[email protected] and [email protected] should have been covered for the same period, although very technical enquiries are passed to an appropriate developer and can take a little while to get a response, especially as Hugo was off site all day at a meeting.

ICQ wasn't covered at all - that goes direct to my PC and I was out all day at the same meeting as Hugo (and Steve).
