Gullibility?

What I meant was buy a Hummer, slap some advertising on it and claim the tax break. The ones around here advertise local sports clubs, cigarettes and stuff like "power drinks" in full color ads on the sides on the vehicle, but I suspect are used for personal business most of the time.
