I have released the first version of my Windows tool for patching receiver.arf files. You can find details on the tool and download it from http://www.norman.cx/receiver/receiver-tweaker.asp

It is fairly basic, but it does work. In the future I hope to add a few "value added" features, an easy way of switching between different arf files and a screen layout editor. First though I need to add a few features to my kernel patch.
