With all the talk about problems with FedEx and customs I thought I'd announce a little good news: My empeg was shipped yesterday and arrived today! No hiccups with customs at all! Thanks for talking with FedEx about all these issues, Rob. Hopefull all future delivers will go this smoothly.

I second that. Besides a 10 hour wait in Memphis in the "sorting facility" (the Empeg probably passed over my house in an airplane on the way to Memphis) my FedEx delivery was smooth.

Actually that was TNT, we only use FedEx to the USA.

Mine made it so far from London to Oakland CA pretty fast, it arrived there around 7 AM this morning.

Does Empeg ship with the Saturday delivery option, or will it sit in Oakland until Monday morning?

Still waiting #145xx.....

We don't ship Saturday delivery, although if it's a domestic address FedEx will occassionally deliver on a Saturday anyway.

We could offer a Saturday option but it adds about $20 to the cost, and orders placed on a Friday may well not go out the same day anyway.
