RioPlay 0.29alpha2 has been uploaded to Sourceforge. It includes Ogg support. There's some other minor changes, but that's the only major enhancement.

One behavior change: when selecting music to play, use the "Enter" key to enqueue it into the current playlist. Use the "Play" key to replace the current playlist with the new selection.
