I was hoping this thread would be about a specific question regarding portability...

If one has two cell telephones with two different companies... Can you transfer one to the other?

Specifics: Jenny owned an AT&T phone (Nokia hardware). The reception sucked, so she got a new Verizon phone (LG hardware). She's hanging onto both phones for a little while.

When she finally kills the servics on the AT&T phone, can she have her Verizon phone switched to the AT&T number?
