I bought this sim cutter. It's not incredible, but I figured it'd be fine for a few casual uses. I used it to cut down a sim for an iPhone and it worked great (although I still had to use the included sandpaper to make some fine adjustments). Comes with sim adapters so that you can then put the cut-down sim back in a full size slot if you need to.
