Available in Riocar.org downloads section as well as at my home page.
Didn't get TuxMuch/AnnaVu editing in there yet, maybe in a future release. But you did get the ability to grab a logo from the player.
Didn't end up using the FTP libraries linked, I just shelled out to FTP.EXE. I know it's cheap, but it was a lot simpler than fully implementing FTP.
Release notes are:
Version 1.5, 10-19-2002:
------------------------
Fixed bugs in the serial upload code (upload.exe) that
caused "failed to get echo back" errors. Hopefully this
will take care of any serial errors people have been
experiencing. Let me know if you find any others. Thanks
Mark Lord and Jan Harkes for locating the bug and
suggesting fixes.
Improved the text of the menu options for selecting the
Rio or empeg personality at boot up. Also added a
defeatable pester box to tell you about how it works.
Added a feature that allows you to grab the existing logos
off of the player if you've got Hijack installed. It
just shells out to the command-line FTP.EXE. I don't know
if this will work on every system or not, we'll have to
see how it goes. Pay attention to the pester box.
Rewrote command-line parsing routines so that you can use
long file names on the command line. Remember that you
can drag and drop image files and even kernel .zimage
files onto LogoEdit.exe and have it open them (zimage files
will begin uploading to the player at that time).
Added an F1 hotkey to make this file appear.
Added a couple more example logo files.
