Mine stopped working correctly about 5 minutes after being unboxed.

I called customer service and they were very nice. They had me box up and RMA the following:

- The malfunctioning roomba itself without its battery.
- The perfectly good charger and dock.

I'm wondering why they make me send the charger, but oh well, I follow their instructions.

Wait a few weeks, and on my front porch appears a box. Inside the box:

- A perfectly working roomba.
- Nothing else.

GAAAAHHHH.
