I bought a new Sony PSYC D-EJ100 CD Walkman many moons ago which came with these earphones:



They would be absolutely perfect for jogging and jumping around. I'm sure they would fit anyones ears as they don't rely on filling your ears to stay in place. The actual part that goes in the ear is not a tight fit so they are absolutely painless to wear. It would be impossible for them to fall out of your ears, yet if you pulled the cord hard they would pop out in an extremely ear-friendly way as the behind the ear part has just the right amount of flexibility.

Because they don't seal up around your ears you can hear everything around you quite well. They leak sound quite a lot as you would imagine, so not a pair for the train. The sound quality is borderline acceptable.
