I just received my 2nd RioCar that I purchased on Ebay. Upon hooking it up, I get No Hard Disk Found. After reading the FAQ I tried my Power Supply that works fine with my first one, Nope still not found. This RioCar came with only a 10gig drive and I have a 20gig on hand so I decided to replace the 10gig with a 20gig. I loaded the drive formatting utility with the new drive and still get drive not found. Below is the output from hyperterminal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The log you posted appears to be for the 20GB drive, which is working just fine. But it needs to have the Empeg diskbuilder software run on it before it will work in the player. The FAQ probably describes this, along with how to repair the kitchen sink.

Thanks Mark! I re-ran the load of the disk formatter and it worked this time. I had switched the hard-drive cable from using the middle connector to the end connector. The 20gig now is fine and the old 10gig works too, so it is a BAD cable. Is this a standard cable or will I need to get a replacement from Rio?
